We offer full scope consulting, advice, and assistance on all issues related to: space governance laws, regulations, policies, operating standards and procedures, proposed or pending legislation, deliberations, negotiations, education, training, and research. We can provide position papers, reports, briefings, and other needed products. We can offer these services confidentially or as part of public efforts.

Doug Ligor has 25 years of legal experience, expertise, and practice. He and the SGI team offer a wide array of legal advocacy, advice, services, and support for: space law and policy issues; civil and administrative law and regulations; litigation and litigation support; drafting and/or review of legislation, regulations, and standards; legal sufficiency review of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance documentation. Member of the State of Connecticut Bar.

With over 25 years of experience both in government (U.S. military, Department of Commerce, Department of Justice, and the Department of Homeland Security) and in support of government departments and agencies as a contractor, Doug Ligor can represent and drive your positions to successful resolution. Additionally, SGI will engage in lobbying activities on its own behalf in support of its initiatives. SGI is a registered lobbyist organization before the U.S. Congress and covered Executive Branch officials.
